We are a California based private practice offering a holistic range of therapy services for children. We specialize in child psychology, speech & language therapy, teen therapy, & support services for families. It is the aim of Speech Improvement Center to provide an exceptional standard of service to meet the therapy needs of children throughout the USA at the home, clinic or in school.

We work alongside parents/careers and teachers to support children to develop their communication. We use fun and motivating activities to help children make changes to their communication with the aim of impacting their ability to make friends, to learn at school and to be successful.

Our Training Programs:

We offer a top-tier training programs that you won’t find elsewhere. We will train and develop you into a leader in the field. You will not only learn and grow as a clinician, but also as an individual. You will learn about customer service, making client relationships, teamwork, and everything else you need to know to become a leader and run your own center.

When you first start with us, you will get 2 full weeks of training in which everything will be covered such as taking soap notes, writing data, writing reports, speaking with parents and etc. You will also get to go to your clinic and shadow the therapists there for a couple days to familiarize yourself with the clinic and parents. We have guidance for you every step of the way.

We also have opportunities for you to grow within the company. All our employees go through our trainings for customer service, teamwork, and MQI preparation on their 30, 90, and 180th day with the company.

We also offer training programs if you want to grow into leadership positions. Fast track I, II, III, IV are our leadership trainings!

SLP:

Assist speech-language pathologists in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Implement speech and language programs or activities as planned and directed by speech-language pathologists. Monitor the use of alternative communication devices and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in speech language pathology
