We have a New position opening for our employees who would be interested in property maintenance. (Open to Internal Employees Only)
The property maintenance position would entail ensuring all guidelines and policies are being followed and reporting requirements are met.
You would be responsible for ensuring our offices are well maintained and effectively equipped.
This position would also require you to communicate and coordinate with vendors and technicians if any of the offices need maintenance.
Some of the general duties for this position would include:
- Submitting and following up on maintenance requests
- Scheduling and coordinating with vendors and technicians, as well as our office staff
- Document and report to management any requests that are submitted to you
- Maintain and monitor property safety requirements
- Additional duties as assigned
