Speech Improvement Center started in 2013 with a single office, single therapist, and a single patient.  Throughout the years, the company was able to expand to many different locations. By 2021, Speech Improvement Center already had 20 locations in Southern California, with over 70 therapists, helping 1,000 patients a week.  The company was able to expand so quickly because of hard working and passionate therapists who wanted to help change Lives! The company’s goal is to become the best-known speech therapy clinic in California.

Speech Improvement Center also provides growth opportunities for employees by providing extensive training programs to help them grow as clinicians and as employees. All employees have the opportunity to grow into leadership and managerial positions within the company.
