Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language impediments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational and developmental needs.
• Provide consultation and support to families and caregivers, emphasizing a partnership approach to therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
• Stay updated on the latest research and therapeutic approaches in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CA state licensure (RPE)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
